HEAVY CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER
CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor employee conduct and complete employee logs on a daily basis
- Remain diligent with all safety and building regulations
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of projects to create budgets and deliverables
- Manage and mitigate risk factors to ensure smooth completion of projects
- Collaborate with others to establish requirements for construction
- Communicate with local authorities to obtain licenses and permits
- Prepare complete reports on projects
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years relevant experience in Heavy Civil Construction
- Heavy Civil construction project experience 1M+
- Track record delivering projects on-time and on budget
- Knowledge of sub-trades and ability to manage crews
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred
