CISM Coordinator (#014120) Victim Services, Columbia (RICHLAND)
Job description
- Helps coordinate CISM (critical incident stress management) services, including statewide network of CISM peer team members, by recruiting & provide training & support.
- Provide direct CISM services shares info about services available agency staff.
- Conducts training & develops research related to CISM for the agency, w/other SCDC staff.
- Provides input to administrators to assist in policy & standards development.
- Provides direct services to SCDC staff & PCIS (post critical incident seminar events for the agency.
- Coordinates CISM peer team activations, provide 24-hour response to support staff following critical events.
- Function as an expert in CISM for the agency.
- Duties includes compiling data, producing reports, outlining program related achievements & stats.
- Participates in job related training as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must work flexible hours & be available for on-call services including nights, weekends, holidays as needed.

A bachelor's degree and relevant program management experience.
SCDC Minimum Requirements: (Or an acceptable equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources).

Professional experience related to the position.

EMDR Certification preferred.
