High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

• 2+ years in a Customer Service
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Experience scheduling for social media platforms is a plus
• Strong communication capabilities, including the ability to deescalate high intensity situations
• Detail oriented, process driven
• Ability to work in a fast pace, high energy environment
• Ability to quickly create solutions in high pressure situations
• Genuine love for people and a passion to see others succeed.

Our mission at Maynard Family Chiropractic is getting people away from unnecessary medications, suffering and surgery. We believe chiropractic adjustments remove interference and allow the body to work as God’s design intended.

We are a Maxliving Health Center, which means we help to lead Maxliving offices all across the nation. Our team is diligent in training and bettering ourselves, in order to better serve our patients. We are also the only office in Oklahoma that offers Chiropractic Biophysics Therapy, an advanced therapy that assists with correcting the spine for long term results.

Job description
MFC is searching for an enthusiastic personality with a heart to serve. This person will be assisting patients in an advanced therapy that helps correct their spine and can be difficult for the patient. Being detail oriented and compassionate in this role is a must.

This position will be in charge of:

Taking X-rays
Teaching therapy exercises to patients
Supervising patients doing therapies
Ordering equipment

Tracking inventory

Taking payments from patients
Managing patient flow
Doing office Tours
We are a team driven practice and support each other by sharing general tasks, such as:
Answering the phones
Scheduling patients
New Patient Intake
Checking out product
Cleaning and preparing for each shift
Event Promotion
Overseeing Patient Flow
Ensuring amazing patient care!
