Job Description
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in managing administrative and operational functions associated with the center. Responsibilities include customer service and customer service training, managing people (employees and clients), project and facility management, insurance compliance, training, and technology. Work to enhance customer satisfaction, inspire those around you and to help grow the business.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with clients and staff in a tactful, diplomatic and professional manner
• Attentive to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of computer systems; experience with EMR/EHR and management software a plus
• Insurance experience including coding, compliance, credentialing and Medicare are a plus
• Ability to exercise initiative with effective problem solving and decision-making, and to apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations
