The Child Care Subsidy Program assists eligible parents/guardians with payments for child care in Missouri. The purpose of this program is to help families with the cost of child care so that they are able to focus on finding and holding steady jobs.

What you’ll do:

• Review and process child care provider subsidy agreement applications.
• Ensure contracted child care providers meet health and safety requirements per state and federal regulations.
• Individuals in this position will work with the Family Support Division office to resolve child care provider agreement issues.
• Provide customer service through incoming calls and emails from child care providers and state agency case workers concerning subsidy agreement applications.

• Graduation from high school or High School Equivalency.
