Chick-fil-A Destin Kitchen Team Member (CLOSER) - $20 per hour!

**Part-time position. Desired availability is 4pm to close**

** We also welcome applicants who are interested in a 3 or 4 Day Work Week**

Your Role on Our Team:

• Work as a cook, in food prep, or in other kitchen staff roles
• Work in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Produce high quality food with precision and accuracy
• Implement proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
• Clean food prep stations and equipment

The Ideal Crew Member:

• No kitchen or restaurant-specific experience necessary
• Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well
• Positive attitude
• Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8 hour shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, and moving quickly
• Loves serving and helping others and values teamwork
• Demonstrates our “Core 4”
• Excitement to learn and take initiative
• Enjoys the same daily routine tasks
• Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in drive-thru)
