The Marketing / Hospitality Assistant’s role serves directly under the Brand and Strategic Development Director by operating as the face of our brand both in the store and in the community. You not only represent our two locations in Franklin, but you also represent the Chick-fil-A brand. In this role, you will be responsible for specific facets of the business, such as event planning and execution, Spotlight, and catering, but you will also be asked to help operationally in the stores.

Currently accepting both part and full time candidates.

Role Expectations:

• Availability 6 days a week; 5:30am-9:00pm - Some days and some nights.
• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings as needed (4:00pm-7:00pm).
• This job is an on-site position.

Responsibilities

This job encompasses, but is not limited to, the following:

Social Media Management

• Create a monthly calendar for social media postings
• Focus on our people and our products (generally a 4:2 ratio)
• Observe “National” days on social media and have plans for store promotions to align with national days
• Stay a month ahead in planning; stay at least a week ahead in postings

Spotlight Management

• Maintain and upkeep the Spotlight database
• Create a monthly plan of action to encourage guests to use the app
• Reward guests who favorite our restaurant each month
• Send out rewards to guests for “National” days
• Monthly incentives to use Chick-fil-A App
• Plan at least a month ahead
• Maintain CARES comments issues and address trends with Executive team on a monthly basis

Events Management

• Create monthly/quarterly calendars for events in and out of store
• Plans and executes events such as Family Nights, Spirit Nights, community events, etc.

Catering Management (full-time role)

• Document and communicate future orders to leadership staff
• Prepare and fulfill catering orders (meeting Chick-fil-A guidelines and policies)
• Practice safe food handling procedures
