POSITIONS: Chef Manager / Food Service Director

LOCATION: Cumberland MD/ Allegany Community College

SALARY: competitive based on experience

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for Rock Star Culinary and Hospitality Chef Manager who shares our passion for Food and Service. This position is a prominent opportunity in our Higher Education Division and requires a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a Director with experience leading a team in all operation facets front and back of house as well as the CULINARY CHOPSto design, implement and oversee a delicious, healthy and diverse menu for our students, faculty and guests.

The Food Service Director will serve as the General Manager, overseeing Student Dining, Retail, Café Operations, Kiosk and Food Court Concepts as well as a robust catering department.

Requirements:

  • 3+Plus Years in a Strong Supervisory Role (front and back)
  • 3+ Plus Years in a Contract Dining Division in a College setting or similar
  • Impeccable Communication Skills
  • Restaurant Management knowledge
  • Thorough knowledge of Menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
  • Culinary or Specialized Nutritional Degree preferred
