New Jersey Limo Finder is building a special team of executive chauffeurs to become trusted assistants to high-end corporate and residential clients. This position requires a year or more commitment to learn how to manage our trade, not just drive a car. Start as an executive chauffeur traveling to and from area airports and NYC. As you gain experience your services will be offered to select clients for top dollar and your pay will reflect your experience and background.

We are looking for individuals that are interested in growing your experience and knowledge of New Jersey and New York corporate transportation services by committing to us for a minimum of one year. We only want professionally minded people who are not looking to be micro-managed. As a team-orientated company; each employee affects the wellness of other employees. You must have the mindset that you can make a difference and grow the company though your hard work and dedication for equal reward.

This is a part time/full time job; you must have flexible working hours and not opposed to working a 12-hour day. All shifts available. Full time is possible for the right persons. Drug testing and a criminal background checks are required, past employers may be contacted. You should live close to Millburn NJ, no more than 20 minutes away, and be over 25 years of age. You must be reliable 100% as agreed to with your schedule.

Reports to: Operations Manager/Dispatching

Position Summary: Primarily responsible for transporting passengers throughout the tri-state area and destinations in other states as well as to provide effective customer service and ensure safe operation of vehicles.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate pick up and drop off of passengers
  • Display highest level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Provide safe operation of vehicle and comply with all motor vehicle regulations and traffic laws
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and to specifications of company policies and procedures
  • Maintain appearance of vehicle (vacuum, clean windows and mirrors, etc.)

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Positive and professional attitude, a polished appearance, and ability to adhere to uniform dress code requirements
  • Safe, skilled, and courteous driver
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of the area, good sense of direction, and the ability to read maps and operate navigation devices.
  • For larger vehicles, Commercial Driver License class C or higher with passenger endorsement.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English

Nonessential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous chauffeur/professional driving experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and minor repairs

Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports

Specific vision abilities include distant vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Must be able to perceive/understand a forced whispered voice at a distance of greater than or equal to five (5) feet, with or without hearing aid.

Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 25 year of age or older (due to insurance regulations)
  • Pass required criminal background checks, drug tests, & maintain satisfactory driving record
