Job Description
The Charge Entry through communication, requisitioning and the management of requisitioning special equipment, and billing of equipment and general supplies, assures all charges are placed in a timely manner. This position impacts team effectiveness through responsibility for the quality of own work and potentially the work of others. This position also performs other administrative tasks as assigned by the Central Supply Director.
The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately
- Ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Basic computer knowledge
- Typing (keyboard)
