SCHEDULE: M-F 8 AM TO 4:30 PM
Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Program Director, you will direct the development of program plans to support the strategic direction of the organization by establishing goals and measures of value. You will report to the Senior Director.
Primary Tasks:
Plan the delivery of the program and its activities following the mission and the goals of our organization.
Develop, strategize, and implement long-term goals to achieve the successful outcome of the program.
Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement.
Develop business cases for change based on analysis and structured problem-solving methodology.
Manage program operations including budgets, personnel development, and program services.
Develop forms and records to document program activities.
Evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks.
Monitor the program activities daily and conduct an annual evaluation according to the program evaluation framework.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, or related field of study
Advanced experience maintaining budgets
Experience managing projects and task forces
Experience with negotiations and resolving conflicts
Experience in program analytics and advanced planning
Ten years’ experience program management or directly related experience
