Job description
Responsibilities:
- Preparing sterile operating rooms for surgeries.
- Sterilizing equipment and instruments.
- Stocking adequate supplies for surgery.
- Preparing patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites.
- Providing support during surgery by passing instruments and other supplies.
- Tracking surgical supplies.
- Staying up-to-date on surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- San Angelo, TX 76903: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Surgical Tech: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CST Certificate (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
