• Hours: Monday-Friday @ 9-5
• Interview Process: 1 on site interview to hire

Must-haves

• -Completion of Medical Assistant schooling with a diploma
• -Registered/Certified Medical Assistant – if not registered they have 60 days of employment to complete the exam
• -Open to traveling 10 miles to other practice locations in Jupiter
• -Comfortable and willing to work the surgical scheduling desk as needed (could be up to 50% of the time)
• -Vaccinated against COVID

Plusses

• -eClinicalWorks experience
• -Cerner experience
• -Experience scheduling/coordinating patients for appointments
• -Background collecting insurance information

Day-to-Day

Insight Global is seeking a Registered/Certified Medical Assistant to join a practice in Jupiter, Florida. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for rooming patients, taking vital signs, patient history, social habits and family history. They also could provide medical reconciliation and accompany the Physician while the patient is being seen. This is a primary care practice and patients are seen for family care including diagnosis of acute (cold and flus) and chronic (diabetes and high blood pressure) illness, patient health education and preventative care. All procedures are done at the hospital and not at the practice. The MA should be certified/registered and is not required to have any previous MA experience. The MA should be open to helping with scheduling if the office is backed up or if the Front Desk Receptionist is suddenly OOO. The office uses eClinicalWorks and the hospital uses Cerner for hospital records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
