Aleca Home Health Oregon, LLC is a growing and busy Home Health agency providing high level residential healthcare to patients throughout the Willamette Valley and Portland Metro area. Aleca Home Health is a division of the Sante’ Holdings, LLC family with our office located in Salem, Oregon.

We take pride in being a Medicare & CHAP certified Home Health agency committed to providing “Care with Compassion” and fulfilling the needs of the community to the best of our ability by providing a variety of services to patients in the comfort of their residence. Our services include nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, social workers and home health aides. Specialized programming is available for those with COPD, pain, and congestive heart failure.

Job Summary

A Certified Nursing Assistant – Home Health Aide is specifically trained, competent and performs assigned functions of personal care to the patient in their residence under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the registered nurse (RN).

Candidate Profile

  • Must currently hold CNA license through the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
  • A minimum of six (6) months CNA experience in Home Health, Long-Term Care or Hospice required.
  • Current CPR Certification required.
  • Wellsky/Kinnser experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required, or reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, or religious belief that prevents vaccination.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
