- CPR certified.
- Negative TB test result
- Pass a background check.
- Provide two (2) professional references.
- Current CNA must provide active CNA license in State of Delaware (**We do NOT accept the TEMPORARY Nursing Aide License**).
- A minimum of six (6) months’ experience working as an HHA/CNA within the last five (5) years. Group home and private duty experience does not qualify.
- Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks.
Job Responsibilities for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs):
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Transfers (use of lifting devices when needed)
- Light Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal Prep
- Bed Making/Change Bed Linens
- Assist with ambulation.
