Hocking Valley Community Hospital (HVCH) is currently seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly, hard-working team for the following shifts:

• New NP's welcome to apply!
• Specialty Clinic - Pain Management
• Hours 7am - 4pm
• Rotating schedule:

One week days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Next week days will be Tuesday Wednesday Thursday

HVCH is a 25 bed critical access hospital (CAH) with a Rural Health Clinic providing Family and Pediatric care services. We have over 325 employees who serve the residents and visitors of rural Logan, Ohio. HVCH has various ancillary and 24-hour emergency care services offering excellent health and well-being aide to Hocking County and surrounding areas. We are nestled in the heart of the beautiful Hocking Hills Region in southeastern Ohio. We are affiliated with OSU Wexner Medical Center and part of the Ohio State Health Network.

We Require

• State of Ohio Certificate to practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
• State of Ohio Certificate to Prescribe.
• Federal DEA Registration Number.
• CPR - approved by the American Heart Association
• ACLS - approved by the American Heart Association
