Bella Vista Health Center welcomes both experienced and new grad Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you are an essential part of the team, providing residents with daily care and comfort.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
- Take vitals
- Assist with ADLs
- Charting
- Report to Licensed nursing staff
- Assist Residents with transfers to and from bed, wheelchair, etc.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills
- Must be fully vaccinated and boosted
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- Current CPR certification
- The ability to build rapport with residents
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Tactful and courteous approach with residents and visitors
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be punctual and dependable
