Experienced CHHA's needed for Santa Clara County. We are looking for the right persons to join our Home Health Case Management Team.
ACE Home Health & Hospice is a locally owned and operated agency. We are growing and are seeking talented and compassionate professionals that want to make a difference in the lives of their clients.
ONLY THOSE WITH CERTIFIED CHHA LICENSE SHOULD APPLY.
Must have:
- Current CHHA license
- Current CPR
- Current Driver license
- Own transportation
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English a plus!
Willing to train a great candidate (must have valid CHHA license) This is a full-time position.
Estimated annual compensation: $56K to $68K, based on fulltime status
