We are Now Hiring Pharmacy Technicians who want to create an easy, friendly, and exciting pharmacy experience behind the scenes in a central processing department to support our front-line pharmacy teams. What is Central Fill?

Central Fill Pharmacies are large, closed-door prescription filling centers, which use robotics and machines to help prepare hundreds of prescriptions every day, to help retail pharmacies fill their prescriptions for their customers. We are the behind-the-scenes support team, that rapidly and safely fill prescriptions utilizing the latest technology, to provide a complete prescription back to our Retail Stores by next day.

Central Fills do not type prescriptions, bill prescription insurance, ring up prescriptions, or speak to customers. This provides our frontline pharmacy team the time to engage in excellent patient care, instead of counting, labeling, and packaging that they would normally have to do.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Main responsibilities

• Use scanning and counting technologies to identify and select appropriate pharmaceutical products and quantity for filling prescription orders.
• Verify the size and strength of the product before processing order.
• Prepare packages, sort, and manifest prescription orders if needed.
• Replenish automated counting machines.

Education/Licensing:

• Pharmacy Technician License in Washington-National Technician Certification
• Preferred: Central Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Prefers to work in a closed-door environment (no adjudication, customer interaction, phone work.)

• Associate discounts
• The pay range is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

What we are searching for

• Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours as needed.
• Willing and able to stand at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willing and able to carry up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work Sunday to Thursday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
