The Center Manager is responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company’s desired financial results. We need someone who can lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, consistently model guest service behaviors, recruit, develop and retain talent, handle loss prevention, expense control, training and coaching, and center cleanliness.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
  • Selling. All the time. If you want a non-selling “office” job, this isn’t it.
  • Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

  • Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
  • A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people. Celebrate success!

  • People person with excellent time management skills.
  • Guest experience professional.
  • Accountability, punctuality, and organization.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
