Our Position

The Sales and Catering Coordinator supports the Sales, Catering, and Marketing disciplines with excellent organizational and administrative skills. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Performing general office duties to support Sales & Catering (e.g., filing, sending emails, copying)
  • Preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders)
  • This position will be responsible for processing reservations requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.
  • Serving as the point of contact for clients and communicating with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
  • Creating and managing client profiles in the property management system.
  • Communicating effective to ensure the operations team has the information necessary to meet the needs and expectations of the guests.
  • Attends and participates in departmental and hotel meetings.
  • Lends support to operation departments as needed.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills; Delphi experience a plus
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow for self
