Co-located with the Kapolei Site is a new Shell Station and new, modern full service Convenience Store named Pau Hana Express opened in May 2021.

Positions: Shift Leaders/ Cashiers/ Food Service & Customer Service Associates (Kapolei)
Hours: Shift work - Seven Days per week, Daily Hours 4:30AM - 11:30PM
Full Time: 40-48 hrs. per week.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Present friendly, helpful attitude and utmost in customer service at all times when dealing with the public, specifically customers, vendors and staff.
• Responsible for operating the cash register by handling cash or credit transactions, issuing change, receipts, or refunds. Reconcile cash drawer and reports at start and end of each shift.
• Assist in forecasting, ordering, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
• Exercise food safety while serving grab and go foods to customers. Prepare fresh hot/ cold food all day for customers while following health and safety policies. Participate in all safety programs and trainings such as Food Handling Certificate and other courses pertaining to convenience store duties.
• Ensuring and checking identification for proof-of-age of customers for all alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of the convenience store inside and out, basic upkeep and/ or cleaning of all equipment on the site. Assist with identifying equipment problems and report as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
