Responsibilities:

• Frequent communication with clients
• Provide second-to-none customer service
• Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure compliance
• Resolve property damage, rental, and loss of use claims
• Setup, monitor, and manage medical treatment
• Obtain and maintain accurate reports of medical scheduling and billing
• Maintain immaculate case files ensuring accuracy of facts and treatment
