ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Carpet Cleaning Consultant
Total Annual Compensation Package:

• $18 per hour starting with Full-Time
• Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance
• Paid holidays, vacation and personal time
• 401K plan after 1 year
• Consistent set schedule, 9-6, no weekends
• Weekly 'treat days' and exciting company-sponsored events

Position Description:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Effectively communicate with customers
• Must be professional and friendly while quoting and answering customer questions
• Ability to effectively schedule carpet cleaning orders for our carpet cleaning technicians while operating several computer systems
• Other administrative duties as needed

Position Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to answer a high volume of phone calls and ability to be in front of a computer for extended periods of time
• Must have great organizational skills
• At least 2-years of Administrative and Customer Service experience
