Carlsbad Area Manager Job Description:

Project Management Responsibilities:

Sales/ Pipeline

• Manage & monitor sales goals, new accomplishments for Yourself and the Team
• Salesforce Implementation (Leads, Calls, Meetings, Prospects, Opportunities, Contacts, Tasks)
• Measurement on sales performance comes from your Salesforce dashboard Customer Activity
• Support Company's team members to ensure forward-movement of the Company
• Collect customer feedback and market research
• Establish, maintain, and expand Longarm Engineering's customer base
• Partnership meeting to establish communication, feedback, performance and strengthen long term Partnership with Customer

Project Profit & Loss

• Manage and coordinate materials for all the work to be done in your area
• Bid, estimate and monitor budgets, assuring the profitability of all projects
• Review and approve non billable time, chargeable work tickets, customer rates and invoicing
• Oversee effective and efficient operations and mitigate non-billable payroll hours

Measurement of profitability on projects will come from accounting software Cashflow

Cashflow

• All company scope will be adhered to on company forms
• All company processes/ checks & balances have been adhered to for invoicing
• Review all expenses and initiate improvements
• Cashflow performance will be gauged on aged accounts receivable

• Recruit and train staff
• Monitor the Team's performance and motivate them to reach goals
• Develop specific plans to ensure long and short-term growth
• Measurement of quality performance as per safety scores (ISN, Avetta, etc.)
• Professional development meetings for personal and professional vision
• Customer review sign off on project and satisfaction review (How can we improve?)
