Friendship Village is seeking Certified Caregivers- PRN
Schedule: PRN - On Call As Needed 6:00am-2:30pm and/or 10:00pm-6:30am
Starting Pay: $16.85-$18.54

*REQUIRED: Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
REPORTS TO: Nunnenkamp Center Nurse Manager and/or Assisted Living Services Manager
SUMMARY: To assist in the provision of resident care by performing non-licensed nursing/caregiver duties under the direction and supervision of a designated licensed nurse or the Assisted Living Services Manager following established policies and procedures.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
2. Three-months of previous experience in a hospital, nursing home or assisted living.
3*. Experience with medication administration preferred.*
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
1. Caregiver certified in Supervisory, Personal and Directed Care levels by an instructor licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
2. Adult CPR certification and First Aid training.
3. Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
1. Effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
