New Hires are also eligible for a $500 Sign-on Bonus! Earn the first $100 after working 80 hours and earn $400 after 90 days of employment. No previous experience required. We are looking for Caregivers Sullivan County, Indiana to work day shift hours with our senior clients. We have hours available Monday-Friday, and allow you to set your own working availability! Work with us and find the flexible schedule you're looking for!

As a Care Professional, you will provide services to seniors to help them stay safe at home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion. You will provide personal care services, such as assistance with dressing or bathing, companionship, meal preparation, and a variety of other services to clients based on their individual care needs. While providing services, you will get to know your clients and build a meaningful relationship with them and their families. Listen to stories about their lives, build a connection, and engage in their favorite activities. Some clients enjoy crafting, playing board games, or gardening. You will not only change lives at Home Instead; you will find friendships as well.

• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
