Job Description:

• Caregiver / Home Care Aide

• Provide personal care services to clients as identified by the agency in the plan of care per agency policies and procedures.

• Assist with activities with daily living which may include the following:

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene

• Support with mobility

• Light Housekeeping

• Doing errands and transportation

• Meal Preparation Companionship, and other responsibilities

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the US

• Willing to work in San Mateo County

• Reliable transportation

• HCA requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination will be required as a condition of employment subject to applicable law concerning exemptions/accommodations.
