The Position: We are looking for Care Coordinator to join our growing team!

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma
  • Phone Etiquette experience a plus

Overview:

The Care Coordinator position will report to the Customer Experience Manager. This position is responsible for placing outbound calls and fielding incoming calls regarding customer follow up surveys, pro-active customer contact, escalations, and customer success plan updates.

Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:

  • Communication and follow up on all Internal Request Queues
  • Contact with provider offices to follow up on patient requests
  • Contact with patients to follow up on Internal Requests tickets
  • Customer Contact to follow up and survey results
  • Responds to email and phone calls within 24 hours
  • Review and resolve service Sales Paperwork Tickets
  • Communicates with Care Coordinators and other departments for resolution of tickets
  • Mentoring of new employees entering the department
  • Track internal request queues to ensure department metrics are met each month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
