We are looking for a part time budtender. The bud tender duties consist of first and foremost having people skills to successfully interact with patients to provide a high quality customer service experience. Other budtender duties include properly weighing and disbursing correct patient orders, educating patients on correct solutions to treat their needs. Budtenders DO NOT have to have previous cannabis bud tending experience. Retail and customer hand to hand experience is a plus but not a requirement. To be successful as a Bak'd bud tender, you should have a uplifting personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. $Weekly Pay + Daily Tips.$ *We Don't withhold taxes and pay every week.

Normal Hours of Operation- Mon-Sat 10 p.m. - 8 p.m. Sunday- 12 p.m.-5 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct patients to the appropriate dosing of THC
• Be receptive to patients needs
• Ensure retail area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
• Provide personable and accurate information in-person
• Keep updated with the evolving change & new products
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Positive Care & Customer service attitude
• Willingness to find solutions with positive outcomes for patients
