Mobile Operator Trainer
/ Call Centre Product Trainer / Business Development Manager
Territory Covers: North East (Newcastle/Teeside) and surrounding areas
12 months fixed term contract with potential to go permanent
Salary £23- 25k per annum(pro rata). + performance related bonus

What you will be doing?
As a Mobile Operator Trainer you will be the face of the brand, training Call centre colleagues in their contact centre. In addition you will be required to complete virtual store visits to our key technology retailers utilising Teams, live streams, digital training assets and more. You’ll build strong relationships with partners and will be training them on the brand’s latest innovations. You'll also provide valuable insight and ultimately help drive product sales. An element of this role is keeping our engagement interesting, being creative with our approach and delivering for key projects for our client. This will include creating content such as training assets, training videos, creative content and communications.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an outgoing and engaging individual with who thrives on building strong relationships. A willingness to train large groups and small groups, run virtual calls and bring energy to projects is a necessity. The ideal person will have some of the following qualities:

  • Evidence of a keen interest or some experience within the technology industry.
  • Experience of training in a Call Centre and retail environment.
  • Previous experience supporting or representing a brand of any size.
  • Previous experience presenting, in person or on camera.
  • Proficient in social media and has experience managing a page or community.
  • Skills in using video editing software and content creation are beneficial.
