Call Centre Manager

Corby / Full -Time

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Contact Centre based customer service for Home Appliances within our brands of Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau

• Manage and optimise the activity of 90 employees, to deliver industry leading operational service standards for customer satisfaction, quality, productivity and revenue generation

• Suggest and drive new initiatives forward to improve performance and processes

• Monitoring call traffic to ensure that productivity and customer response is achieved

• Work with the HR and the Training and Quality teams to create and maintain an effective recruitment and selection process to meet our employee and customer requirements

Your Profile

• You need to be an open, honest and inspiring leader with good presentation skills, all delivered at times whilst working under pressure

• Ability to understand and analyse statistics whilst remaining customer focused

• Extensive experience within a fast-paced customer service/call centre environment

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate at all levels
