We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.You must have:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills
- A good standard of general education, including English and Maths
- Previous clerical and customer care experience
- Ability to work flexibly
- Ability to work well under pressure
We provide an effective and efficient ‘Call Centre’ dealing with all outpatient appointments and a facility for patients to make general enquiries which may involve appointment changes and cancellations in line with national and local targets and the Trusts Access booking and choice policy.
