Call Centre Agent

Location: Snodland, Kent

Salary: Basic minimum wage + Commission OTE £30,000

Hours: Sixteen week rolling rota – 5 and 4 day weeks – some including weekends with the average week around 30 hours

Following recent private equity investment, we’re looking to grow our highly exceptional Pre-Sales Team to ensure we provide the highest quality customer service and deliver a superb experience for the high volume of customers who generate interest in the services we provide.

Who we're looking for?

  • You must have excellent communication skills to communicate credibly with our customers, colleagues and senior management, as well as being driven and have the ability to hit targets and constantly strive to “achieve more”
  • You must be confident in being the customer’s first port of contact for incoming communications via phone, email and livechat providing them with the information they request and ultimately aiming to arrange a booking for them at one of our sales sites.
  • You will need to have persuasiveness and an understanding of the needs of others with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • You will be good with administration, diary management and following up within agreed timeframes.
  • You will have a passion for customer service and will be able to adapt and overcome certain challenges and audiences that you will come across every day.
  • Effective time management and flexibility in working patterns is needed
Responsibilities

  • To answer calls, respond to email and live chats.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Provide customers with basic and advanced knowledge that refer to our company and products we offer.
  • Enter new customer information into CRM.
  • Update existing customer information.
  • Route calls to appropriate resource.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
