WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• High School diploma; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• 2 – 4 years of supervisory Customer Service and/or Marketing experience.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of motivation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience with CRMs strongly desired but not required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Asses the needs of our Customers and Sales Consultants to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Assess lead quality based on our ability to meet the customer’s needs.
• Set, confirm, and dispatch all lead appointments.
• Use prescribed cancel/save methodology for each potential cancelation to preserve the original appointment.
• Conduct all customer communications using prescribed methodology and scripts.
• Meet all prescribed sales goals.
• Assist the Call Center Manager in training and development of Inside Sales Representatives.
