Call Center Specialist (Full Time)
LOCATION:
1101 Arrow Point Drive
Cedar Park, TX 78613
SUMMARY: We are searching for a full-time Call Center Specialist with Medical Terminology preferred to work in our clinic. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication skills.
SCHEDULE:
Weekdays: 8:15AM - 5:00PM
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Take inbound calls.
- Ensure the office has correct demographic and insurance information on file.
- Take messages and route caller to the correct provider.
- Schedule patients for yearly wellness exams.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
- Assist with other departments when requested.
- Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
- Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering patient questions.
- Update patient records.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred: Medical Assistant experience, rooming patients, taking vitals, recording vitals and medical history, assessing and documenting patients’ needs.
- Preferred: Call center experience.
- Preferred: Bilingual
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience with EMR Systems.
- POSITIVE, professional attitude and code of conduct.
- Attention to detail to schedule patients and communicating scheduling difficulties with the office manager.
Commission:
- $2 per each patient scheduled and successful completes Health Grades Analytics program.
