What You Will Do...

Our Customer Sales Representatives are self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and have the ability to align priorities in accordance with business goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for converting incoming prospect calls to center visits and facilitating real time enrollments over the phone. Candidates must be able to create and foster a consultative sales experience to meet the needs of each family by developing a connection and building a relationship with each caller. Our Customer Sales Representatives must possess strong acclimation to detail and excellent communication skills.

Primary Objectives:

  • Create a connection with each caller using a consultative sales process starting with discovery, moving into a needs-based presentation of our programs, which best meet the individual needs of each student. 2+ years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of our programs, pricing, promotions, procedures and other important information.
  • Convert prospect calls to a Center visit and schedule the appointment.
  • Make follow up calls and send emails to develop leads and foster relationships which lead to enrollments.
  • Contact previous customers and drive re-enrollments.
  • Handle and route non-sales calls as appropriate.
  • Meet expected KPI’s for conversion leading to enrollment and call management.
  • Improve sales presentation approach through self-critique, practice and lessons from the feedback provided by others.
  • Enter new leads in Radius and maintain notes for all actions and activities.
  • Check center emails and missed calls and respond promptly as required.

Essential Talents & Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of in-bound sales and/or call center experience preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Schedule flexibility is needed during business operating hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Results driven; strong sense of urgency, motivated by personal success meeting/exceeding goals.
  • Candidates should possess basic sales skills which include, rapport building, active listening, assessing customer needs, recommending/presenting, overcoming conversational objections and closing.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to establish priorities and organize daily sales activities.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills and timely follow through.
  • Competitive hourly rate plus performance based un-capped bonuses offered!

Pay ranges from $15-17/hr based on experience. Full benefits package offered.
