Position Purpose:

Wesley Health Care Centers, JWCH Institute is looking for experienced and dynamic Call Center Representative candidates for its corporate call center. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a high volume call center, answering between 80 -100 calls daily, and be comfortable speaking with diverse patient populations. The Call Center Representative will pre-register patients, schedules appointments, calls patients to remind them of appointments, and refer callers, as appropriate, to outside agencies. Professional, efficient, and courteous Call Center Representative candidates are encouraged to apply.

  Experience in a call center or a front office setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and work in a team environment to meet goals
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Pleasant voice manners.
• Ability to relate and communicate well with a diverse patient population.
• Type at least 40 wpm.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English), bicultural required.
