Call Center Representative – Hybrid work from home. 90 Days in office paid training 2:30PM-11PM shift.

Requirements:

• Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent and confident customer support skills and positive disposition
• Ability to handle high call volume

Tasks Include, But Not Limited To:

• Identify, research, and resolve customer questions
• Schedule customer appointments based on availability
• Provide customers with basic information regarding the nature of our business
