CCS / Customer Traac is looking for energetic, professional, and dependable remote workers to set automotive service appointments.

Now searching for Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) agents!

SCHEDULE OPENINGS (Central Standard Time)

Schedule

  • Scheduled hours per week vary based on call volume needs. Summer months tend toward 40 hours work weeks with opportunities for overtime. During winter months, a few weeks may be shorter shifts during low volume times (20 or 30 hous per week).

Weekends

  • Must be available for every or every other Saturday for a full 8 hour shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set service appointments for automotive dealerships with the potential to become an outbound "blended" agent conducting surveys and more
  • Provide information about automotive services
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services

Location Requirements

Must be located in one of the following states:

  • Ohio
  • Indiana
  • South Carolina
  • Wisconsin

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Call center experience is a plus!
  • Ability to adhere to a script and follow script logic is a must!
  • Ability to provide superior customer service while navigating multiple systems including the use of chat to ask and receive internal support
  • Engage customers in a friendly, energetic tone
  • Basic computer and typing skills (30 wpm+)
  • Must be dependable
  • 18 years of age or older

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

Home Office

  • Noise and distraction free
  • This does not replace dependent care

Internet

  • Must be hard wired to router / modem, no wireless connections.
  • Cannot be satellite internet
  • 20 mbps or higher download speed
  • 10 mbps or higher upload speed
  • 30 ms ping or less

Headset

  • WIRED USB Headset with a mute option (Cannot be wireless).

Computer

  • Laptop or Desktop (Apple/Mac, tablets, Win books, smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebooks, and Android systems are not compatible)
  • Windows 10 or 11
  • i3 CPU processor or better
  • 8 gigs of RAM or better
  • SSD (Solid State Drive) hard drive (this is recommended but not required)
  • Dual monitor setup
  • Web cam for training/meetings
