We are seeking self-driven, high-energy, and career-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing excellent service to clients and generating leads for our account closers. As a Telemarketing Call Center Sales Representative at Bottom Line Capital, you will make a minimum of 100-200+ calls/day to businesses and offer them the ability to take advantage of the Employee Retention Credit Grant program to help grow their business. We will provide full training on how to sell this product and qualify small business owners to apply for the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) grant established by the CARES Act. Your primary responsibility will be to help qualify small business owners to apply for the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) grant. This is a full-time position with salary plus bonus commission opportunities. Opportunities for promotion to account manager/ ERC specialist are available based on your success at opening accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to small business owners looking to apply for the ERC grant
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by answering their questions and transferring them to an in-house ERC Specialist who will help guide them through the application process
• Use sales skills to persuade clients to apply for the ERC grant
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in call center sales and customer service
• Strong work ethic and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
