Job description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to work within the office handling in-bound and out-bound calls, with NO cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, approximately 80 to 120 per day
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and set sales appointments
  • Facilitate and direct additional calls to the department inbound calls are intended
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly over the phone
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems and practices is a plus
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Responsible to perform consistently without being tardy or "calling-out" with any unreasonable consistency

Pay & Benefits

  • This position is a hybrid between base pay and commission. We pay a weekly $500 base pay, and a supplemental pay for every lead you set that generates an in-house demo
  • On average, our staff earn over 60k per year
  • This position includes 100% health insurance and PTO

  • Mon - Fri, 10AM TO 7PM
