Call Center Customer Service Representative
Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized Call Center Representative to join our team. Ideal candidates will be able to effectively communicate with customers, work without supervision and multi-task between a variety of projects. This is an entry level position, so a successful candidate will possess a basic understanding of public relations, communications and reporting. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
