Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Culinary team as a Cafeteria Attendant at the Hyatt Regency Boston, located in the heart of Downtown Boston! The Cafeteria Attendant is responsible for preparing and maintaining a multi-item, hot and cold lunch menu created by the Executive Chef. This includes prepping, cooking and displaying in the staff dining room, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room, and breaking down after the lunch period. Previous experience is required; cooking in a restaurant kitchen, banquet or catering experience is preferred. Opportunity to grow into other culinary positions throughout the hotel.
- Set up and clear dining room daily.
- Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Keep dining area clean, wipe down tables and counters and refill paper towel dispenser.
- Ensure coffee and soda station is stocked at all times.
