Position Description: CADD Graduates: Now it's time to put that degree to work!

SQUAN is a fast-growing Telecom service firm looking for trained CADD Technicians

This person will work effectively with telecom engineering teams and thrive in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving. You should be willing to learn multiple platforms with the flexibility to embrace them all. Although this is considered entry-level, you will be given the opportunity to advance based on your own capacity to grow. You must be willing to work in a team environment with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

Post engineering designs in client-proprietary CADD systems

Create construction drawings for the building of Telecom infrastructure

Produce quality work in a timely manner

Communicate issues and potential solutions
Requirements

Must work 40 hours a week in our Conway, AR office, with the potential for overtime

Willing to work in a team setting, being open to sharing and receiving input

Comfortable with MS Office software

Quality and timely delivery of each assigned task

Exhibit effective communication skills

Flexibility to adapt to industry/client changes

Maintain a professional though casual appearance and a solid work ethic
