Job description

The Cabana provides Food and Beverage service to our outdoor pool area. Fun and active place in the summer. Frozen drinks, cocktails, ice cream treats and other food items are serverd at the counter to the guests of the pool, tennis courts and golf course.

Core Responsibilities:
Must be 18 years of age and able to obtain TABC Certification for alcohol sales.
Recognize and resolve Guest/ Member concerns while maintaining an elevated dining experience and service standards.
Adhere to all the safe food handling procedures.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of their work environment.
Possess correct cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivator and ability to interact well with others.
Prepare and deliver to each member quality service and products.
Maintain professional and safe behavior at all times.

Job requirements :
Food Safe/TABC Certified
Ability to build relationships with authenticity
Maintain proper grooming guidelines on duty, including following the Uniform code.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must lift 25-50 lbs, stand long, lift stoop, and crouch.
Must be able to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

Responsible for preparing and serving food and drink products (N/A and Alcoholic beverages), operating cash registers, and providing an elevated experience for all members and guests. Although this position is initially seasonal, there may be opportunities for full-time employment.
