16 temporary, full-time Cabana Attendants from 3/7/23 to 11/12/23 in Kiawah Island, SC. No minimum education or experience required. On the job training provided.

Job Duties: Perform routine functions of setting up and taking down beach chairs, cabanas, and umbrellas. Prepare, produce and service snack bars. Restock snack bar, deliver/pick-up snacks to guests in pool area and ensure proper accounting of monies and guest charges. Deliver/pickup property rental items. Remove and compact trash and other litter, clean pool chairs, tables and umbrellas; arrange pool furniture, rinse and sweep pool area, deck and hot tubs; assist with maintenance of pools and hot tubs; clean/wash outdoor satellite restrooms. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. All other duties, as assigned.

Minimum 35 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Multiple 8 hour shifts throughout each 24-hour period. Shifts: 6:00am 2:00pm, 7:00am-3:00pm, 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, 10:00am-6:00pm, 11:00am-7:00pm, 12:00pm-8:00pm, 1:00pm-9:00pm. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy. Basic wage rate: $10.75 to $18.00/hr. Tipped Position. Employer does not take tipped credit. All tips received by the worker are retained by the worker. Workers may work at different basic wage rates of pay during the same work week based on where they are working. Employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate. The regular rate will be computed by adding together total earnings for the workweek from all sources, then dividing that number by the total hours worked in the workweek. A single workweek will be used to compute overtime wages due. Pay received bi-weekly.

Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Optional dormitory style shared housing for employees only, approximate cost $100-200 per week, and includes utilities. $300 deposit payroll deducted if worker elects. $200 of housing deposit is refundable if you complete the full contract and the housing is clean. Housing cost varies with unit size, amenities and number of occupants. Optional daily transportation between employer housing and worksite, approximate cost $25 per week payroll deducted if worker elects. Optional meal tickets available for approximately $3-$6, payroll deducted if worker elects. Cost of additional shoes payroll deducted if worker elects. Optional Medical Insurance available and payroll deducted if the worker elects, cost is $40-$109 biweekly.

Employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Required uniform provided at no charge.

The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

The employer will reimburse H2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

If worker completes half the employment period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the employment period or where the worker is dismissed early, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $14.00 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. All transportation costs are to be preapproved. If necessary, employer will reimburse worker within first pay period for approved cost of meals and lodging at the applicable exchange rate, not to exceed reasonable costs. Receipts must be submitted.
