Busser/Dining Assistant

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager/Food & Beverage Director, the essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring water to table
• Clear tables after guests leave. Take dishware to the dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
• Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server immediately
• Communicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service
• Reset tables promptly and correctly
• Communicate with the hostess to ensure that all guest needs are being met
• Show flexibility in terms of your schedule to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the dining room manager or immediate supervisor
• Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness
• Be a team player; help fellow employees when possible
• Participate in any other job-related duties assigned by F&B Manager
