SUMMARY Facilitates food service by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Maintain a POSITIVE attitude.
• Attend menu classes daily.
• Set up tray jacks.
• Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
• Wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth.
• Get linens from the laundry department.
• Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glassware.
• Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
• Supplies service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts.
• Serves ice water and butter to patrons.
• Clear dirty dishes off of tables and stack neatly on trays.
• Take trays back to kitchen, frequently.
• Make sure dining room stays clean and neat during entire seating.
• Getting any extra items servers might need.
• Clean up tea/coffee area.
• Empty linen bins and place them on shelves in chaffing dish room.
• Vacuum all floors at the end of the shift
• Do all assigned side work.
• Report gratuities within company guidelines and federal law.
