The roles are based in our Traveller Experience department, and we are seeking Business Travel Counsellors to service our clients with their booking needs, which include air travel, hotels, car rental, rail, and other surface transportation.
We are offering a six-week training course, located in our Canary Wharf office which would lead to a permanent role with CWT. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
In order to find our next generation of Business Travel Counsellors, we are looking for:
- Expereince of working in a call centre or a customer focused role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
